Reviews and Ratings
The sister property was fine but not ideal, but overall the hotel was lovely, clean, spacious, and cozy. The shower had strong water pressure, making it a perfect stay for relaxation. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, especially George on the desk. The location was great for exploring the city, though arriving with lots of luggage by Water Bus was a challenge. The dining experience was really good, offering a satisfying variety. The facilities were top-notch, meeting all our needs during the stay.
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The room, although not as good in shape as the pictures show, offered a view over the river. It was very small with limited hanging and storage space, but it was a cool retreat after a hot day exploring the city.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel with two fantastic balconies offering a great view of the Rialto Bridge. The rooms were quiet, had a fabulous shower, and the air con and wifi were the best I've experienced in Italy. The only downside was the size of the rooms compared to modern standards.
The hotel is wonderfully located in the heart of Venice, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The rooms are immaculately detailed and pristine, though some noise can be heard at night from the bar below. The service is friendly and offers a variety of helpful amenities. Dining options are ample and delightful, providing a mix of delicious choices. A great value for a Venice stay.
The hotel is situated in a perfect location near the great canal with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable but being 4 floors up with no lift was a drawback. The service was extra helpful but disruptive in the early morning. The dining experience was very good in relation to the price paid. The furniture in some rooms was old and not well maintained.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very cosy but small for a family of 4, with a clean and fresh smell. The service was friendly and forthcoming but lacked attention to detail. The location was very central and convenient, making it easy to explore the city easily. The dining was average, with substantial breakfast options but lacking authenticity. Overall, it was a decent stay but with some room for improvement.
The hotel may have impressed with its Venetian room decor, but it fell short in terms of space for a group of four. It was a little noisy at night due to sounds from the bar below, yet the staff were extra helpful and friendly, steering us to local hotspots. The location couldn't have been better, just across from the Rialto water Bus Stop, near the famous Rialto Bridge and canalside. The breakfast, while adequate for an Italian start, left room for improvements in cleanliness and modernization. However, the hotel’s facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel is perfectly situated right by the grand canal. The rooms face the canal but lacked natural light due to the opposite building blocking the view. The service was friendly and helpful, with English-speaking staff aiding me during my stay. The location is exceptional, next to the iconic Rialto Bridge, surrounded by restaurants and near the river boat stop. The dining experience was varied and abundant, offering a fantastic breakfast.
I stayed at the hotel for one night, and it was a bit of a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit small for three people and had a lingering smell, which made for an uncomfortable night. On the bright side, the service was fantastic and quite accommodating. The location was great, close to the Rialto Bridge, but the dining options were not the best.
